Step 1:

Get your partner started.

Let us know your partner's name and email so we can send them a welcome message with starter instructions and links.

Step 2:

Complete required documents.

There are two forms for you to complete:

1. Waiver and Cancellation Policy

2. Initial Intake Questionnaire

Completing these forms will take approximately ten minutes.

You can start by clicking the links above. The links are also in your welcome email.

Both forms need to be completed by your and your partner 24 hours prior to your initial call with your coach.

Step 3:

Schedule time with your coach.

Your first coaching session is one hour long. 

Be sure to talk with your partner on a good time for the first call. 

You and your partner must be present for this first call.

The link to schedule is also in your welcome email.

Step 4:

Prep for your call.

To best prepare for your initial call with your coach:

1. Make sure your forms are filled out 24 hours before your call.

2. Come with any questions you have.

3. Look at the first three chapters of the Warrior Approach Guidebook, if you have time. The link to your copy of the book is in your email.
