Tabatas - 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest x8 rounds
Tabata One: 1. Squats or squat jumps - 2. Side walks or side shuffles
Tabata Two: 1. Lunges or switch lunges - 2. Front to back wide steps or front to back shuffles
Tabata Three: 1. Side steps or ski mogels - 2. Step jacks or jumping jacks
Tabata Four: 1. Speed punches - 2. Star squats or star jacks
Tabata Five: 1. Skater steps or skater jumps - 2. High steps or high knees
