Jen Gerasimas, Founder and CEO of 7Core Wellness, found her desire to help people be healthier when she was working as a nurse. Jen wanted to find a way to help people stay out of the hospital. She had no idea her passion and life path would lead to her starting a wellness company.
From her own personal experience of creating a healthy lifestyle while working and being a mom and wife, as well as through coaching her many clients, Jen figured out how to help people overcome the struggle of maintaining healthy habits. She began to see how healthy can be made simple and that it's simplicity that is required to be successful in creating sustainable healthy habits in individuals' busy lives. This led her to write the Warrior Approach Guidebook: A Simple Guide for Creating Sustainable Healthy Habits.
She has over 20 years experience studying the human body with a decade working with individuals to improve their wellness from teaching group exercise, personal training, nutrition coaching, as well managing in an elite fitness club.
Jen holds her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She is currently completing the requirements sit for the exam to become a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach. Some of Jen's current certifications include Precision Nutrition Level 2, National Academy of Sports Medicine in Personal Training and Corrective Exercise, Functional Movement Systems Level 2, StrongFirst Girya Level 1, EXOS-XPS, and Functional Aging.
