2. Fill out the entire first sheet and top of the second.
3. Start marking your challenge days or events in your calendar.
4. Join, if you aren’t already a member, the private Facebook Group.
5. Start sharing your habits, calendar, challenges, struggles, plans, and wins in the Facebook group or email us - jen@7corewellness.com.
6. Plan and prep on a weekly basis.
7. Feel like a healthy holiday victor!
