The 90 Day kick Start Program includes a 1-hour initial consultation, a write up of a 90 day start plan, and two 30-minute follow up calls. No additional ongoing support outside the calls. The 3 Month Check In program includes 1-hour initial call, six 30-minute follow up calls, write up after each call, and our all-inclusive support. The all-inclusive support includes coach availability outside of the call for check-in, texting, accountability notes, questions, and suggestions.

After we pair you with the best coach, you will sign up for one of our service offerings. The sign up will walk you through set up of payment, filling out essential forms, and schedule your initial call with your coach. Then you and your coach will build your success plan from there.

Absolutely! The only individuals who can access your information are your coach and admin.

If you would like an additional call with your coach, you may purchase a 60-minute call for $115 or 30-minute call for $65 at any time. 

Your coach will provide you with a link to her/his calendar.

If you want to continue coaching after your initial commitment time, you can continue with the following fees: 

If started with the 90 Day Kick Starter Program, it is $155 for an additional 90 days with two 30-minute calls.

If you started with 3 Month or 6 Month all-inclusive program, it is $225 per month to include two 30-minute call each month.
