A big part of our coaching at 7Core Wellness is our focus on our clients. We do this by building relationships founded on trust, listening and asking questions, and giving suggestions to simplify what works for the client. Read on to learn more about why you need client centered coaching.

When I first started coaching clients, my main focus was making sure I spit out the right information to them. I was more focused on giving knowledge than getting to know my client. When I shifted my focus to building rapport with my clients they began to trust me more. I started asking them more questions which helped them to be more open with me. I listened to them and centered each session on that specific client. I truly cared for my clients and wanted to help them in the best way possible. That is why I believe in client centered coaching.

Here at 7Core Wellness, we have degrees, certifications, and experience that make us qualified as Healthy Habit Coaches. We have a lot of knowledge to share with clients. We care deeply about our clients and want what is best for them. We cater to their busy lifestyles and how we can help them with their healthy habits. This whole experience is about YOU and the potential you can unlock for yourself.

Relationship and Trust 

We want to get to know you and build a relationship with you. Knowing more about you and your life will help us to better serve you. We want you to know that you can trust us. After all, we are here to unlock your true potential. 

Asking Questions and Listening

We will ask questions to better serve you. We want you to do most of the talking during the session. We want to listen more to what you want to express, your challenges, struggles, preferences, and victories. The more open you can be with us, the more we can help you. You, in turn, can ask your coach questions.

Suggestions and Simplification

We will share suggestions and knowledge. We will break down habits if we need to and simplify them to work for you. Everyone’s journey is different. Our suggestions and simplifications will cater to the journey YOU are on.
